Sreenidhi University’s Centre for Excellence in Teaching, Learning, and Innovation (CETLI) serves as a pioneering force in enhancing the quality of education through innovative teaching methodologies, continuous professional development, and fostering a culture of research and innovation. CETLI is dedicated to empowering faculty with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their teaching practices. By incorporating emerging technologies, project-based learning, and real-world applications, CETLI ensures that the curriculum remains industry-relevant, thereby equipping students with the skills necessary to thrive in their careers.

The center also plays a pivotal role in the university’s vision of sustainable development and academic excellence. It integrates sustainable development goals (SDGs) into academic courses and research initiatives, driving positive change both within and outside the university. Through partnerships with leading industry experts and ongoing faculty development programs, CETLI helps bridge the gap between academia and industry. Responsibilities

Promote project-based experiential learning, Structured, active, in class learning is a priority and to be standardized across Sreenidhi University.

Leading Sreenidhi University through an evolving educational landscape and advances teaching and learning initiatives informed by changes in technology, pedagogy, student body.

Foster a culture of inclusive and excellent teaching at Sreenidhi University.

Bolster the faculty, processes, and technological infrastructure needed to make possible outstanding teaching on or beyond Sreenidhi’s campus.

Support all faculty in realizing their teaching aims and develop as teachers.

Regular review and updating of curriculum according to industry requirements, ensuring there is zero to minimal gap between industry requirements and Sreenidhi Graduates.

Skill Mapping & Bucketing of the students to be undertaken in collaboration and along with the H0Ds, and CDC.

Key Activities

Standardizing active learning strategies across the university, promoting hands-on, real-world applications in classrooms.

Mid Term and Annual FDPs on language proficiency, student engagement, emerging technologies, and key courses.

Focus on industry certifications like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and others to strengthen the curriculum

Collecting regular student feedback through surveys, classroom observations, and teaching colloquiums to gauge the effectiveness of the curriculum and teaching methods

Promoting the integration of AI, virtual labs, and e-learning tools into the curriculum to enhance teaching and student outcomes

Establishing partnerships with industry leaders for internships, research projects, and curriculum development.
